I have been an educator for 14 years. With two master's degrees - one in teaching, and one in theatre - I seamlessly blend the principles of both subjects:

• Analyzing audience needs with data from interviews, preassessments, observation, and surveys

• Developing delivery methods based on the content and context of objectives

• Utilizing storytelling and creativity to collaborate on, and to design engaging learning experiences

• Tracking audience response using Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation as a framework.
